80 acres, m/l, all warm season native grass pasture with a water well and a well located pond. The fence is good. The grass has been well managed. The 2019 taxes were $294.17.

Tract 2

The N ½ NW ¼ & SE ¼ NW ¼ & S ½ SW ¼ & NE ¼ SW ¼ 33-3-3, Washington Township, Washington County, Kansas

240 acres, m/l, with 105 acres cropland in several fields, the balance being native grass pasture, timber and wildlife habitat. There are pens and corrals, a water well and some smaller buildings on the farmstead. The conservation practices have been in place for many years.  Most of the cropland soils are Crete, moderately sloping land. Ash Creek runs through the farm from west to east, and the timber along the creek provides for excellent wildlife cover. The 2019 taxes were $2,532.81. There are no growing crops.

These farms are nicely located two miles north of Linn on Osage Road, one mile west on K-148, and two miles north, on either side of National Road. This is the northeast corner of Tract 1, and the southwest corner of Tract 2.
