This farm, 317 acres, more or less, consists of good warm season grass, with 57 acres on the north end just released from the CRP. The fences are poor to fair. Water is provided from springs in the draws, and Devils Creek/Spring Creek on the north end.

The 2019 taxes were $2,278.03.

Tract 2 – The SE ¼ 4-2-3, Farmington Township, Washington County, Kansas

This farm, 160 acres, more or less, consists of a mix of warm and cool season grasses. There are 72 acres cropland recently released from CRP. The fences are poor to fair. Spring Creek & Devils Creek run through the farm providing livestock water and excellent wildlife habitat.
